The 90-Night Home Trial
Scent is personal, and you can't smell a product through a screen. So we let you use it.
Run any Aroma Max diffuser in your home for up to 90 nights. If you don't love it, email sales@aromamaxstore.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label and refund the full purchase price once the diffuser arrives back with us.
- Used is fine. You do not need to keep it boxed or unopened. That is the point.
- Keep the oil. We don't want opened fragrance back, and you shouldn't have to pay for what you already used. Whatever oil came with your order is yours.
- We pay return shipping. No restocking fee, no handling fee, no deduction.
- Shipping to you was free, so there is nothing withheld from your refund.
Please include the diffuser and its power cable. One home trial per household.
Everything else - standard returns
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first so we can issue a return authorisation.
Fragrance oils
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened or used fragrance oils. Unopened bottles in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. If a scent isn't right for you, email us - we would rather help you find one that is than have you stop using the diffuser.
Subscriptions
Oil subscriptions are cancel-anytime. No minimum term, no commitment, no cancellation fee, and we will never charge you for hardware if you cancel. Manage, skip, pause or cancel from your account or by emailing us.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email sales@aromamaxstore.com within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Manufacturing faults after that are covered by our 1-year limited warranty.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.
