Shipping policy

Free U.S. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. We don't have a threshold and we don't add handling fees.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing, so most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of ordering.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.

Expedited shipping

Faster options are available at checkout: 3-day ($40), 2-day ($70), and next-day ($85).

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, email sales@aromamaxstore.com within 30 days with your order number and we'll make it right.

International orders

We currently ship from and within the United States. Any customs fees, taxes, and duties on international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
