Shipping policy

Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package. All packages are
shipped from the United States of America.
Please allow 2 business days for processing. Any orders received after 1pm EST will be
processed the next business day. Shipping time is dependent on the location but ranges
between 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note that all shipments that contain a diffuser will require a signature at the time
of delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to accept the package.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your
package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, on
rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Currency Conversions
All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars and charged in US Dollars. The bank that
has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in
general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
Safe Ship
Add Safe Ship to your purchase at checkout, and your order will be insured! Safe Ship
covers:

● Stolen packages
● Packages delivered but not received
● Damaged items
● Packages lost in transit
● Wrong items

If one of these issues has occurred, please send an email to
support@aromamaxstore.com with your order number and put 'Safe Ship' in the subject
to be transferred.
We highly recommend that you purchase Safe Ship insurance. If your order is lost,
stolen, damaged in transit, or the wrong item has been sent and you did not purchase
the insurance, you will be refunded in the form of store credit minus the shipping cost,
or we can send a replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply.
